The premiere of Klikk’s web series Pilkunj took place recently in the presence of director Arnab Riingo Banerjee, Trina Saha, Sean Banerjee, Devtanu, and others.

Also gracing the occasion were eminent guests from the film and television fraternity.

The events depicted in this series actually occurred in North India in 2017. In a little village hamlet near a tiger reserve, a controversy broke out. Numerous tiger assaults resulted in numerous fatalities. These ostensibly terrible events were part of a diabolical scheme. A journalist named Siddharth travels from Calcutta to this area to investigate the happenings in question.  pretending to be a skilled photographer. His disguise is exposed, and he ultimately is apprehended. He teams up with a female doctor named Bidita in this dismal quest. She was a part of the neighborhood medical facility. Every turn is fraught with risk. The hunter’s and the hunted’s deadly chase propels the story via a tense turn of events.

Will they be able to work together and avoid the dangers of impending death? Would they be able to uncover this village’s horrifying dark secrets?

The series is produced by Ohendrila Banerjee of Ring A Bell Films.

The cast of the series consists of Sean Banerjee, Trina Saha, Shankar Debnath, Joey Debroy, Devtanu, Brishti Roy, Soham Guha Pattedar, Pratik Roy, Saurav Saha, Palwal Chakraborty and Gautam Mriddha.

The cinematography, editing, and BGM are by Arnab Riingo Banerjee.
