A baby from Kolkata underwent a successful robotic donor hepatectomy for a pediatric liver transplant at Apollo Hospitals in Chennai.

The small child underwent a life-saving surgery thanks to the transplantation of a portion of his father, Mr. Saurabh Ghosh’s liver. The surgical team demonstrated the hospital’s dedication to cutting-edge innovations and lifesaving treatments under the direction of Dr. Elankumaran, Head of the Liver Transplant Programme.
