The upcoming Bengali film Ronjon Aschhe, directed by Pablo, is a unique work of art based on current social and political realities. The narrative centers on author Joy, who, under pressure from his publisher Nayanatara to produce his best work, starts to envision his wife Mandakranta as Rebati, a serene, pious, and unambitious woman. In actuality, though, Mandakranta develops a rebellious alter ego called Maya who challenges injustice and won’t keep quiet.
