The shooting of the upcoming Bengali film Parichay Gupta was recently completed.

The film is directed by Ranraj.

The film is set in the 1950s and revolves around a zamindar and his best friend, who is an archaeologist by profession.

Ritwick Chakraborty, Indraneil Sengupta, Joy Sengupta, Darshana Banik, and Ayantika Banerjee will be seen in pivotal roles in this Bengali film.

Ritwick will be seen in the role of a blind king.

According to the director, the name of the film hints at a secret identity. Every individual in society has a secret identity of their own. However, due to the pressures from family or society, the individuals keep these identities hidden.

Parichay Gupta’s story has a thriller element to it. It has a twist in every angle.

Suvendu Adhikary composed the music for this film.
