Soumen’s Workout observed ‘World No Tobacco Day‘ as a public awareness campaign highlighting the risks associated with tobacco use. The ultimate goal of the cutting-edge slimming center is to protect the current and future generations from the tobacco epidemic by implementing a “No Machine” workout regime and providing effective counseling.

The event began with a counseling session and ended with a walk from Rani Rashmoni Road to Victoria Memorial, with students from various schools and colleges taking part. The walk was kicked off by renowned chess grandmaster Dibyendu Barua, eminent footballer Dipendu Biswas, and Soumen Das, owner of Soumen’s Workout.

To raise public awareness about the harmful effects of smoking, children dressed up as skeletons with placards. The initiative aimed to create a tobacco-free society in order to protect people from the harmful effects of tobacco use on their health, as well as the social, environmental, and economic consequences of smoking.

The goal of the Anti-Tobacco Program was to raise awareness among all citizens suffering from the disease of tobacco lust. Tobacco lust has been a nightmare in modern times, and it is on the rise at an alarming rate. The organization’s sole purpose in holding this rally was to help shape the nation’s pillars.

The World No Tobacco Day was an excellent opportunity to raise awareness about the dangers of smoking and other substances that may harm the body or future development. Soumen’s Workout has also started a fitness camp every Sunday at all of its locations, where free nutritional and workout advice is shared in order to achieve the desired results.

Soumen’s Workout also hosts a number of other health-related events throughout the year, including International Yoga Day to raise awareness about the benefits of yoga, World Obesity Day for children to raise awareness about the negative effects of obesity and the rising cases of childhood obesity, and World Diabetic Day to raise awareness about health and diabetes, among other things.
