In the contemporary world, mental health is a topic worth talking about because we are always occupied with our various daily obligations. Our everyday work routine causes us to experience stress, anxiety, sadness, and work-related difficulties. Thus, we need to go through the right healing process to get over those stressful experiences.

Exercise alone won’t help it. We also need meditation to stay focused, instill mental calmness, and maintain our motivation. Meditation master Acharya Shubham Kapoor has given us a special method of teaching meditation practices. During this Ilead Institute meditation workshop, Shubham Kapoor explained meditation and mental calm. He also gave a demonstration of sustainable living techniques. He even talked about how to live sustainably and get the advantages of Mother Nature with young kids.
