The special screening for the recently released Bengali film Bhotbhoti was organized at Nandan.

The story of the film Bhotbhoti is about a young man who resides in a slum near Ganga ghat. He believes that there is a mermaid in the river. Things take a turn when he actually meets a mermaid named Ariel. What happens next?

Director Tathagata Mukherjee, Bibriti Chatterjee, Rishav Basu, Anirban Chakraborty, Dipankar Dey, Mamata Shankar, Rajatava Dutta, Tathagata Mukherjee, and Debleena Dutt will be seen in essential roles in the film.

The film was shot in 42 days in 85 locations. For the underwater scenes, the team has worked closely with the team who has been part of films like Malang, Zindagi Na Milegi Dobara, and others.

Eminent celebrities like Prosenjit Chatterjee, Raj Chakraborty, Bhaswar Chatterjee, Aishwarya Sen, Vikram Chatterjee, and others graced the special screening.

The film has already been released and can be watched on single screens and multiplexes in Kolkata.
