Star-Studded Premiere Of Aador (The Dearest); Film Based On Popular Bengali Story
The premiere of “AADOR” (The Dearest), directed by Debdut Ghosh was graced by the cast and crew of the film.
The well-known tale “ADORINI” by renowned author Sri Prabhat Kumar Mukhopadhyay serves as the basis for the movie. Since the writer turned 150 this year, we are honored to release the movie as an homage.
The protagonist of “AADOR” is a young female elephant, and the story takes place in the town of Kharkai in Tripura.
Speaking at the premiere, Debdut Ghosh said “It is indeed a great feeling when the film you have made painstakingly is released for the audience. If the audience likes the film, our efforts will be appreciated”.
The cast of the film consists of Rajatava Dutta, Tulika Basu, Pradip Chakraborty, Basabdatta Chattopadhay, Biplab Bandhopadhay, Manashi Sinha, Tamal Roychowdhury, Basanti Chatterjee, Khagendra Nath Das, Monoj Ojha, Parijat Choudhury, Pandit Kumar Bose, Raja Bhattacharjee, Fayaj Alam, Piu Mukhopadhay, Allarakha Kalawant, Jotirmoy Banerjee, Tapas Roychowdhury, Sabyasachi Banerjee, Amar Nag, Apratim Sarkar, Muskan Khan.
Basandatta Chattopadhay said that the film is a work of hard work and love. She asked the audience to come to the halls and watch this movie.
The film has a special appearance by Sabyasachi Chakraborty and Jaymala as Aador.
