The Great Indian Family (TGIF), the highly anticipated film from Bollywood star Vicky Kaushal, has now unveiled its teaser, and according to Vicky, the film is a celebration of the spirit of Indian joint families!

TGIF is a straightforward, small-town tale that will touch your hearts, according to Vicky. “It is a tale about the unshakable relationship that family members have with one another and is set in the heartland of India. It demonstrates how certain circumstances can severely test the emotional connection between each member of an Indian family and how strong that connection truly is” added the actor.

“Our joint families are truly distinctive because of the characteristics they embody. When times are bad, they can be a great source of strength, but they can also be quite dysfunctional. TGIF is a celebration of this underlying familial spirit. On September 22nd, I hope everyone feels this emotion and shows us a lot of love” said the actor.

Directed by Vijay Krishna Acharya, The Great Indian Family’s cast consists of actors like Manoj Pahwa, Kumud Mishra, Sadiya Siddiqui, Alka Amin, Srishti Dixit, Bhuvan Arora, Ashutosh Ujjwal, Bharti Perwani in the film.

Vicky is paired opposite Manushi Chhillar in this family entertainer.
