Owner of Tilottoma Jewellers, Dolon Neogi, MLA Papiya Adhikari, and actress Anindita Sarkar graced the store launch of Tilottoma Jewellers’ new store near Acropolis Mall.

​She shared an inspiring story about the growth and success of her jewelry brand. She highlights that this occasion marks a significant milestone for the company—the opening of their second showroom.

​The owner candidly reflected on the inception of the brand, describing its early days as small, like a child. She attributed much of its success to her husband, who was the visionary behind the brand’s unique name. She recounted how the idea for the name came to them suddenly while they were driving, leading to the creation of the brand that has now grown to include multiple locations.

​She emphasized that the brand’s achievements would not be possible without the unwavering support and blessings of her parents and her devoted patrons. She viewed her customers as integral to the business, expressing a strong desire to expand further and continue serving them with excellence, stating that it’s not possible without your love.

​The owner also discussed the brand’s commitment to offering high-quality jewelry at accessible prices. Specifically, she mentioned their focus on 1-gram gold jewelry. She explained that while many places charge high premiums for such pieces, her brand differentiates itself by offering them at minimal charges.

​Interestingly, the owner touched upon her choice to communicate in Hindi on social media, despite being Bengali. She shared that her initial approach was in Bengali, but her Hindi-speaking customer base requested she communicate in their language, as they wanted to understand the details of the products. Acknowledging that Hindi is a broader medium to connect with a wider audience, she adapted her strategy, successfully reaching more people while maintaining her commitment to accessibility and customer service.
