A first-of-its-kind Train the Trainer Program was organized by Shrachi Sports Ventures (SSV) in collaboration with its subsidiary Athlead. The program offered a three-day coaching session for current coaches, which was held from April 24 to 26 2024. By exploring multi-level cricket coaching strategies, this program aimed to improve the sporting scene by standardizing coaching methodology per international standards inside the state. The opportunity to acquire knowledge and tactics from renowned professionals in the field enabled participants to advance their abilities to unprecedented levels.

The workshop took place in East Bengal Club, Kolkata, and featured renowned coaches Sandip Patil (Former Indian Cricketer), Dinesh Nanavati (Former NCA Coach), and Omkar Salvi (Head Coach of Mumbai Cricket Team). They contributed a plethora of knowledge and skills to the program. These seasoned professionals will provide participants with excellent mentoring and insights, giving them the tools they need to succeed in their respective areas.

“By starting this three-day camp and guiding cricket, we are doing more than just creating the foundation for contemporary facilities and methods in the game. We’re also fostering a culture of coach development. Our goal goes well beyond this camp. It is about giving coaches the skills and information they need to deal with the constantly changing cricket scene. We hope to qualify hundreds of coaches for our various coaching centers through our dynamic coach development program. This camp is simply the start of our larger objective. We think that by giving coaches more authority, we’re improving the sport’s and its participants’ futures” said Rahul Todi, Managing Director of Shrachi Group.

A great initiative to bring amazing changes in cricket.
