Zee Bangla’s serial Krishnakoli that began its journey on 18^th June 2018 will be airing its final episode on 9^th January 2022.

The last episode will show Shyama performing at a concert to bring out Disha into the open and get her arrested. Disha was meanwhile captured by Nikhil when she was escaping. Rukmini however is on the verge of killing Shyama when she is ready to perform with reputed singer Aditi Munshi. Will Nikhil be able to save Shyama?

The show was produced by Susanta Das of Tent Cinema.

Aditi Munshi was the voice behind Krishnakoli for all the wonderful songs that the audience heard in the serial. “Despite it being a new year, I am a bit sad that this serial is coming to an end after a glorious run of four years. I was fortunate enough to lend my voice to the songs sung by Krishnakoli. I hope that there will be a new serial again which will carry forward the Kirtan genre” said the singer.

Tiyasha Roy plays Shyama in the serial. “We were browsing through the pictures and to our surprise how we all have changed in the course of four years. In this serial, I was a teenager, a young woman, a wife, a mother, and even a grandmother. It has been an incredible experience. Now that the serial is ending, I am having a mixed feeling. I want to thank everyone for showering so much love on us” said Tiyasha.

The character of Nikhil was played by Neel Bhattacharya. “Even now I am getting calls and messages as to why this serial is ending. The immense amount of love that we received is a blessing for us. It is due to this love that we have remained at No 1 on the TRP list for quite some time and won many awards. Thank you all for such love and support” said Neel.
