From June 11 to June 28, 2024, The Cricket Association of Bengal will host the “first-ever” Bengal Pro T20 League, which will be exclusively managed by Arivaa Sports and feature both men’s and women’s teams. This event will mark a significant milestone in the history of state-run T20 Franchise leagues in Indian cricket.

The women’s matches will begin on June 12 at the Jadavpur University, Salt Lake Campus Ground, while the men’s events will begin on June 11 in the historic Eden Gardens. The League’s specific schedule will be made public closer to the start of play, however, it is anticipated that most days will include double headers, with each team playing each other once.

The BCCI regulations state that the League cannot be hosted between September 15 and February end of each year. After that, the WPL and IPL are held, leaving the CAB with little choice but to host the Bengal Pro T20 in June.
