92.7 BIG FM conducted a live studio shift from one of the oldest Kali temples in West Bengal, Sadhak Ramprasad’s Kali temple, Halisahar. This was done on the eve of Kali Pujo. Hosted by BIG FM Kolkata’s devotional jocks BIG MJs Soumitra Basu and Sumanta, the 3-hour show went live from 9 pm till midnight.

It featured real-time commentary on the puja being performed along with interesting stories revolving around the temple. Adding to the auspiciousness of the puja, the live show was joined by experts, priests and local devotees.

As a part of the celebration, BIG MJ Soumitra and MJ Sumanta began their show from the temple enlightening listeners about the rich history of the temple and the festivities. The duo was heard talking about various beliefs that devotees have about the popular temple.

It surely made for an interesting event to listen to for the listeners!!
