The announcement of the upcoming Bengali film Ghayel took place in the presence of director Mintu Karmakar, music director Dev Sen, Sujoy Ghosh, Smita Chatterjee Ghosh and others.

The story of the film is about three brothers- Rudra, Rahul and Raj. They have an unmarried aunt Durga. On the other hand, Agni, Ananya, Amrita is three sisters. They have an uncle named Bhubon. Bhubon and Durga are enemies. However Rudra loves Agni and Rahul loves Ananya. In the meantime, Durga and Bhubon are murdered. What happens next?

Sujoy Ghosh said “The film will make for a good watch. I am getting the chance to share screen space with my real life partner. This is an added advantage”.

The cast of the film consists of Smita Ghosh, Meghna Halder, Soma Chakraborty, Raj, Sujoy Ghosh and others.

The shooting of the film will begin soon.
