The choices we make today will have an impact on our industry’s future as the city expands and technology transforms the planning, marketing, construction, and management of real estate. TECHCON 2026 is important because of this. AI is developing at a very rapid pace, and one of the sectors it will change is real estate. The possibilities are enormous, ranging from how we comprehend markets and generate leads to how we design, construct, manage projects, and make decisions. As a result, we’re bringing together some of the most fascinating individuals and businesses operating at the nexus of technology and real estate”.
CREDAI Kolkata continues to promote openness, professionalism, consumer confidence, and responsible development as the organized voice of the city’s top real estate developers and stakeholders. The organization hopes to promote technology adoption and support Kolkata’s real estate ecosystem’s ongoing development and transformation through programs like TECHCON 2026.
