7th Blood Donation Camp Organized By The EIMPA In Memory Of Uttam Kumar
The 7th blood donation camp was organized by the Eastern India Motion Picture Association in the memory of Mahanayak Uttam Kumar.
Blood is very essential when saving lives. However due to the scarcity of blood, often people lose their lives. To combat this blood shortage, this blood donation camp was organized.
This event was supported by members of all sections along with all the fraternities of the industry including the Artists Forum, Directors’ Association, Federation of Cine Technicians & Workers of Eastern India, and others.
Gracing the occasion were Piya Sengupta (President of EIMPA), Sudip Bandopadhyay, Nayana Bandopadhyay, Debashis Kumar, Anup Sengupta, Bonny Sengupta, and Diganta Bagchi.
Swarup Biswas and Debashis Dutta, Mohunbagan general Secretary also graced the occasion.
A total of 53 people donated blood at the camp.
