Sunrise Swad-er-Maharaj Winner Shibnath Hazra To Participate In Zee Bangla Rannaghor
Sunrise Masala, a product of ITC Limited, announced the Sunrise Swad-er-Maharaj competition for the catering industry. Sunrise Masalas are a familiar name in Bengali households and are well-known for being a homemaker’s preferred cooking tool since they emit the distinctive flavor and scent of the local culinary methods. Taking this offer a step further, the company has made it available to the catering industry through the fun event Swad-er-Maharaj. Caterers from the cities of Howrah, Berhampur, and Durgapur participated in this activity.
The company gave 198 shortlisted caterers from the three cities the chance to polish their craft and maybe earn a spot on the renowned Bengali cuisine program Zee Bangla RannaGhor. The brand has given the participants the essential tools, such as apron kits, Sunrise basic and blended spices, etc., with the goal of inspiring the community to demonstrate their greatest ability. The caterers were evaluated on a 50-point scale for things like leveraging the brand and creating specific dishes with Sunrise Masala, etc. In light of these criteria, Mr. Shibnath Hazra of Berhampur, who has had a distinguished 18-year career in the catering profession, was named the winner.
He will take part in Zee Bangla RannaGhor, the longest-running, most recognizable show on Bengali television. He will bring his signature winning dish, Chicken Handi made with Sunrise Masalas, and he will also talk about his experiences with Swad-er-Maharaj and Sunrise Masala.
The program will air on July 29, 2022, at 4:30 PM. 72 caterers received silver coins from the company for their proficiency and technique in the kitchen. The RannaGhor show has been presented by Sunrise Masala. The platform also intends to increase Sunrise Masala’s visibility in West Bengal and within the catering industry.
