The next most anticipated festival in Kolkata after the Diwali and Durga puja frenzy is Christmas. And with Children’s Day quickly approaching, what could be a greater gift for the little ones than to give them an exciting day of fun at a lavish cake-mixing festival?

On November 12th, more than 30 children attended a Cake Mixing Ceremony and Junior Baker’s Workshop held by Dunkel Braun, the biggest bakery café in Eastern India.

The kids, who ranged in age from 4 to 14, produced muffins, cakes, and other delectable treats while learning about the intricate processes involved in cake mixing, cookie icing, cake frosting, and much more. The team of Dunkel Braun provided all the ingredients, and there were no registration fees.

“It was such an exciting event where kids not only cooked for fun but also joined together to welcome a wonderful atmosphere that is typical with the festive season,” said Sandeep Gupta, owner and founder of Dunkel Braun.

“It was a pleasant experience, and we are delighted that our children liked the entertaining activity. Everything was organized, including the cake mixing and icing. Thank you, Dunkel Braun” said a kid’s parent.
