“I had a great time shooting the film. Only a small part of the film is complete- the shooting. However, I had a great feeling while shooting Siniolchu. We were shooting in the hills and could see the Kanchenjunga from time to time. I felt that I had gone to stay there. I did not feel like we had gone for the film’s shoot,” said Raghubir Yadav.

The screenplay and dialogue are by Dipanwita Ghosh Mukhopadhyay. “The original story on which the film is based came out in Ashok Sen’s Baromashe. I had to conduct thorough research then and then transform the short story into a script for a full-length feature film. I went to Sikkim to understand their lifestyle, their culture. Or else the writing would have been pretentious” said Dipanwita.

Debojyoti Mishra said, “I know that Indranil is a very particular man. And I know that when I will start composing the music, he will make many changes. He is a perfectionist and I know what is in store for me”.
