The newest fine dining Bengali restaurant, Kolkata Uncut, recently opened its doors in South Kolkata.

On offer are dishes like Basanti Pulao, Chingrir Pulao, Kosha Mangsho, Mutton Dakbanglow, Bhetki Bhapa, Ilish Bhaja, Coconut Prawns, Lotte Fry, Jhinge Aloo Posto, Potol Er Dorma, Daab Murgi, Lebu Lanka Murgi, Gondhoraj Chicken, Chef’s Special Kaju Chicken, Golden Fried Prawns, Doi Ilish, Shorshe Ilish, and Doi Katla Phulkopir Roast.

The menu includes refreshing drinks like Aam Pora Shorbot, Gondhoraj Ghol, Blue Lagoon, Pina Colada, etc.

Sweet delicacies on offer are Baked Rosogolla, Khejur Aam Shoktor Chutney, Baked Mihi Dana, etc.
