Engineers’ Day in India is celebrated on the birthday of Bharat Ratna Sir Mokshagundam Visvesvaraya.

An event was organised by Progressive United Engineers‘ Association to highlight the works and achievements of Sir Mokshagundam Visvesvaraya.

The event was organized at Nazrul Mancha.

Manas Bhunia (Minister for Small & Micro Industries and Textile in the Government of West Bengal), MLA Debasish Kumar, MLA Khokon Das, and other eminent guests graced the event.

2500 engineers were present at the event.

Progressive United Engineers’ Association has now been acknowledged by the state government.

A great initiative indeed!!
