Pashmina- A Great Reflection Of Modern Society

Compared to previous generations, the current generation is much more aware of relationships. Many now view solitude as a safer and healthier option than putting up with toxic dynamics. As a result, the conventional notion of “adjustment” is progressively disappearing, and people are choosing to separate more quickly when disagreements emerge.
Experts think that the growing sense of self-respect and personal ego is one of the main causes of this change. Even small arguments or miscommunications can turn into significant problems, particularly when they are impacted by the opinions of others. Relationships are weakened in these circumstances because the ego frequently prevails over emotional connection.
However, psychologists stress that not every relationship is destined to end. Many complexities can be resolved, and relationships can be strengthened over time through empathy and open communication.
In this regard, a new debate has been triggered by Surya’s book Pashmina, which was published by Lal Mati Prakashan. Actor Kaushik Sen came up with the title for the book. Renowned psychologist Dr. Monideepa Banerjee has also offered insights throughout the story, giving it more nuance and psychological authenticity.
Pashmina is more than just a book; it is a reflection of modern society, where maintaining meaningful relationships still requires love, understanding, and emotional awareness.
