The unpredictable journey of Jhuma and Shiuli, two lively characters whose adventures promise a rollercoaster of madness, laughter, and unexpected twists, is introduced to viewers by Bibi Payra. The trailer hints at a quirky story full of colorful performances and a distinctive storytelling style that combines humor with high-energy chaos.

When two marginalized women reach their breaking point, they take audacious, careless actions to transform their lives. With little authority and unanticipated allies, they launch a disorganized scheme that soon devolves into a comedy of mistakes. The true question is whether they will succeed in escaping misfortune or succumb to the chaos they have caused as the situation worsens and the stakes rise.

Directed by Arjunn Dutta, the cast of the film consists of Swastika Mukherjee, Paoli Dam, Anirban Chakrabarti, Anindya Sengupta, Subrat Dutta, Rupali Rai Bhattacharya, Loknath Dey, Ankita Majhi, Bhabani Bose Mukherjee, and many others.

Speaking at the trailer launch, the director said, “This movie is unique in several ways. In addition to marking Swastika and Paoli’s reunion after over ten years and my first attempt at a suspenseful, gripping comedy of errors, it also signifies my shift from urban storytelling to a suburban setting. In addition to these two seasoned professionals, the ensemble cast of Anirban, Anindya, and Subrat is simply amazing. My producer, Mr. Nandy, has my sincere gratitude for supporting this topic. I can guarantee that the audience will be delighted”.

Paoli Dam said, “I weighed 50 kilograms during the shoot of the film. I had to increase my weight by 18 kilograms. Women-centric films are not often made in mainstream films. I am glad that the director made such a film. It has been a long time since I had such fun dancing to a song. People are complimenting me as hot and sexy. I had thought I had left those definitions behind, as I am always portrayed as the girl-next-door in films. I had fun shooting for the song and the film as well”.

Swastika Mukherjee said, “It was great to work with Paoli after so many years. We have grown up and matured as human beings and as actors. We are using that maturity to portray the characters on screen. I was very fat during the filming. The director and I thought of ways to handle that issue. However, as the director said why should young girls have all the fun, I say why should thin girls have all the fun? It was a fun film to shoot, and I still remember eating all the production food with Anindya during the shoot”.

Rupali Rai Bhattacharya said, “The director has a very cool mind, while I am short-tempered. This amazes me as to how he can keep a cool head. I have worked with Paoli before, but this is my first time working with a lot of the cast members. I had a great time shooting the film”.
