The eagerly anticipated yearly dance concert Nritya Gatha was presented by Aaddya Kala Tirtham in association with Prayas. Diverse forms were brought together in a vibrant fusion of tradition, creativity, and inclusivity that took place that evening.

The idea behind Nritya Gatha was to use movement to tell a story. Each performance embraced modern interpretations while capturing the spirit of India’s rich cultural legacy. The program showcased students’ elaborate performances of classical, folk, and creative dance, showcasing months of intense training, self-discipline, and artistic expression.

Prominent artists like Devlina Kumar and Riddhi Bandyopadhyay graced the occasion, and the Avirup Sengupta Troupe made a special presentation. Their performances, which combined grace and storytelling, were captivating and powerful, elevating the evening.

The performances by the students of Prayas, an organization founded by Avirup Sengupta that works closely with special children, were a major highlight of the program. Kumar Bhimsen from Puri gave a unique performance that enhanced the overall artistic experience and added even more grandeur to the evening.
