The film Ulto Rajar Desh is about Biplab, a regular guy. His life has become more challenging due to debt, poverty, and a string of setbacks. He has a great deal of responsibility for his sister because he lost his parents when he was young. Despite being a teacher, he and 26,000 other educators lost their jobs as a result of a court decision.

He considers rescuing the woman he loves from a forced marriage on the day his life falls apart. But he doesn’t have the guts to take action.

Biplab decides to die after being defeated from every angle and realizing there is no other option.

However, his tale doesn’t stop there.

A mysterious door opens in front of him just before he dies, taking him to Ulto Rajar Desh.

The film is directed by Rishav Datta.

The cast of the film consists of Bimal Giri, Swaralipi Ghosh, Minasree Sarkar, and Banani Dey.

It has been produced by Subhodip Ghosh and Rishav Datta.

The Director of Photography (DOP) is Susovan Chakraborty.

Pritam Mondal was in charge of the art direction.

The music has been composed by Rajdeep Dasgupta.
