IHCL Managing Director and CEO Puneet Chhatwal said the longstanding partnership with Ambuja Neotia is further strengthened with the opening of AltAir House under the IHCL SeleQtions brand in Kolkata and Siliguri. Ambuja Neotia declared a Rs 2,700 crore investment in West Bengal’s hospitality sector spanning IHCL brands in Kolkata, Raichak, Digha, Siliguri, Lataguri, Kalimpong, and Darjeeling. This investment covers the two recently opened hotels and a hundred crore rupee expansion of Taj Chia Kutir Resort & Spa, Darjeeling, which has 28 rooms and 15,000 square feet. banquet venues.
