A Special Musical Event On Uttam Kumar’s Birth Centenary

The Tollygunge Mahanayak Uttam Kumar Cultural & Welfare Society hosted Shataborsher Aloy Mahanayak Uttam Kumar, a magnificent cultural celebration honoring the timeless legacy and enduring influence of Bengal’s cherished screen icon, Uttam Kumar.

Prominent figures from music, film, and culture gathered on this special evening to honor the artistic talent and enduring legacy of the renowned Mahanayak. The show revisited the magic and cultural legacy that Uttam Kumar had left for generations of audiences through unforgettable songs, performances, and poignant memories.

The event was graced by Shri Tapas Roy, Minister of Public Enterprises and Industrial Reconstruction of West Bengal, and veteran actress Sabitri Chatterjee.
The celebration was graced by eminent guests like Srikanta Acharya, Kalyan Sen Barat, Sriradha Bandyopadhyay, Kharaj Mukherjee, Gaurav Sarkar, Manomoy Bhattacharya, Swagatalakshmi Dasgupta, Saikat Mitra, Lopamudra Mitra, and Raghav Chatterjee.
