In Sarat Sadan, Kolkata, Cyril Academy, a Child in Need Institute (CINI) initiative, commemorated seven years of excellence in education, values, compassion, and environmental stewardship on its seventh Foundation Day. The event, which had as its theme “7 Years of Nurturing Values and Growing with Nature”, brought together teachers, parents, students, and notable visitors for a lively cultural program and award ceremony.

After a cordial welcome, students from Nursery, KG-I, KG-II, and the primary section gave several performances. With vibrant dances, a captivating talk show, and theatrical productions like Snow White and Obak Jolpan, young students enthralled the audience. The program also included upbeat performances that showcased the students’ talent and inventiveness, like the Bamboo Dance and Global Beat.

The annual prize distribution ceremony, where students were honored for their academic accomplishments and general excellence, was a highlight of the celebration. The occasion demonstrated Cyril Academy’s dedication to holistic education and its goal of establishing a happy and welcoming learning environment.

Speaking at the event, Dr. Indrani Bhattacharyya, Secretary and Chief Executive Officer of the Child in Need Institute (CINI), commended the parents, instructors, and students for their combined efforts in fostering responsible youth and influencing the institution’s future.
