The Himalayan Trail presents the rich culinary legacy of the Himalayan region through an authentic and carefully chosen à la carte menu, drawing inspiration from the culinary traditions of Nepal, Uttarakhand, Tibet, and Bhutan.

The festival, which is based on the idea of Mountain to Plate, honors the tenacity and inventiveness of mountain communities where generations of culinary knowledge have developed in harmony with nature. It highlights indigenous ingredients like Jakhiya, Timur, Shamu, Mandua, Dalle chilli, and Ema, each of which adds unique flavors, textures, and depth to the dining experience.

The festival, which is carefully planned by the hotel’s culinary staff, offers visitors a unique chance to sample the many flavors of the Himalayan belt by combining traditional recipes with genuine local ingredients.
