Exclusive Summer Specials Menu Combines Western & Indian Cuisine
The Lalit Great Eastern Kolkata announced the launch of its exclusive Summer Specials menu.
This amazing menu has been curated by Chef Sunayan Pramanik and his team of chefs.
Chef Sunayan Pramanik has amazing experience and he has brought that to the menu. He has developed his skills over 24 years across renowned companies globally. During his tenure, he has worked at ITC Hotels in India, Seabourn Cruises in the United States, Karnani F&B specialties in Kolkata, and others.
“Through this menu, I have tried to keep the flavors light and tasty to make the patrons comfortable. The high heat and excess humidity are already making people uncomfortable. So I have used local ingredients to make light meals that will keep them comfortable” said the Chef.
The Summer Specials menu has been crafted to bring in traditional flavors and culinary artistry to patrons. This menu offers a unique dining experience for the patrons.

The special curated menu consists of dishes like:
- Litchi chilli cooler infused with locavore gondhoraj lime slash
- Frozen iced apple salad with micro greens and balsamic treacle
- Chilled parmesan whey
- Dim sum and maguro sashimi bento with Shichimi togarashi
- Kathal biryani with gundum ke tundey and dal dhungar
- Baked fish bouillabaisse with garlic bread
- Rose petal and choorma misu
