Expert Medical Care For Patients With The Guardian Family Card

The Guardian Family Card, a three-year family healthcare membership intended to offer organized, expert medical care at patients’ homes, has been introduced by Maximon India Private Limited.
The program tackles India’s changing healthcare environment, which is characterized by an aging population and changing family structures in which adult children frequently live apart from their elderly parents. The program provides families with easily accessible, ongoing, and well-coordinated clinical support by bridging the gap between routine home wellness and hospital-based medical care.
Members receive doorstep access to physician consultations, specialized geriatric care, professional nursing, attendant care, physiotherapy, diagnostic sample collection, medication delivery, and the purchase or rental of medical equipment. Subject to policy terms, qualified members receive a Rs 1 lakh accidental medical benefit in addition to Rs 5 lakh in accidental insurance coverage to further protect families.
The membership, which starts at Rs 3,999 for three years, also comes with a free diagnostic package that includes an ECG, fasting blood sugar test, lipid profile, CBC, and first medical consultation.
Somenath Bhattacharya, Managing Director of Maximon India Private Limited, said, “Managing the daily and long-term medical needs of dependent family members has become a pressing concern with changing family dynamics and children frequently relocating for their careers. The Guardian Family Card is designed to provide families with dependable, hospital-quality care at home with complete dignity and peace of mind by acting as a link between institutional hospital treatment and daily healthcare needs”.
Now that the service is operational, it represents a major advancement in the mainstreaming and accessibility of comprehensive home healthcare throughout the region.
