Focus On Great Mental Wellness At Annantaa Mindspace 2026

As ANNANTAA MINDSPACE 2026: A Conclave of Leadership, Innovation & Wellbeing, an initiative by Annantaa– Power of the Mind, brought together a distinguished group of business leaders, industry experts, and mental health professionals for a day of thought-provoking discussions, the future of mental wellness at work and in life took center stage. The conclave looked at how an organization’s future would depend not only on performance and innovation but also on resilient workplace cultures, emotionally intelligent leadership, and employee well-being.
The event was graced by Mr. Debashis Sen, IAS (Retd.), Former HIDCO Chairman, along with an illustrious line-up of distinguished speakers including Abhijan Nandy, Senior Vice President, Dentsu India; Santanu Mukherjee, Director, Indus Net Technologies (INT); Sonali Bhattacharya, Vice President, LTM; Mr. K. Sunil Kumar, General Manager – Corporate Communications & PR, JIS Group; Anirban Gupta, Managing Director, Colliers International; and Pijush Ranjan Ghosh, Senior Project Manager, IBM; and Mr. Yuvraj Kapadia, Founder and Director, EKAA Foundation.
The conclave included interactive talks, thought-provoking keynote addresses, and panel discussions that examined the changing landscape of workplace and personal mental health. The talks, which brought together business executives and mental health specialists on a single platform, skillfully combined professional psychological viewpoints with practical business experiences, emphasizing the increasing demand for resilient organizational cultures, emotionally intelligent workplaces, and compassionate leadership. Prof. Shabina Omar and Mr. Yuvraj Kapadia led another interesting session titled Bridging the Worlds of Academia and Mental Wellness, which examined how educational institutions can develop emotionally resilient students by incorporating mental wellbeing into learning environments and fostering supportive academic ecosystems. Speakers emphasized that people’s well-being, trust, and resilience now define sustainable success, rather than just business performance.
The discussions at ANNANTAA MINDSPACE 2026 revealed a problem that organizations all over the world were starting to acknowledge. The World Health Organization (WHO) estimates that 15% of working-age adults suffer from a mental illness, and that anxiety and depression alone cause about 12 billion lost working days annually. These numbers demonstrated why mental health had evolved into much more than an employee welfare program. Speakers throughout the conclave emphasized that establishing mentally healthy workplaces was now necessary to develop stronger leaders, resilient teams, and organizations that could prosper in the future.
ANNANTAA MINDSPACE 2026 ended with thought-provoking conversations, a range of viewpoints, and significant interactions that reaffirmed a straightforward but impactful notion: that mental health will be just as important to the future of work and life as creativity and leadership. Participants were motivated by the conclave to put discussions into practice and cultivate cultures that allow individuals and organizations to advance together.
