Inclusion & Knowledge As Focus At Doctors’ Choice Gyanchokkhu

Inspired by Maa Durga’s Third Eye, which stands for Knowledge, Truth, and Inner Vision, Doctors’ Choice, a well-known edible oil brand, ushers in the festival of Durga Puja, Gyanchokkhu. The campaign was launched by the Visually Impaired Children in the presence of actress Sandipta Sen, Pandit Ajay Bhattacharya, Eminent Scholar & Speaker Mr Dhinal Brahmbhatt, Chief Business Officer, Doctors’ Choice, and Mr Shivam Agarwal, Head – Marketing & Strategy, Doctors’ Choice.

In order to make the cultural and spiritual core of Durga Puja accessible to visually challenged devotees and readers, a Braille Durga Puja Book comprising Durga Stotra, Pushpanjali Mantra, and basic directions for presenting Anjali independently was unveiled at the Gyanchokkhu opening.

Pandit Ajay Bhattacharya and the visually impaired children chanted Durga Stotra, adding to the celebratory mood.
The dignitaries in attendance at Gyanchokkhu also pledged to provide books and aid in the dissemination of information for a better future. The initiative’s books will be given to local libraries, street libraries, and impoverished kids, expanding the reach of reading and education to people with little access to books.

“Gyanchokkhu was naturally inspired by Maa Durga’s Third Eye, which stands for wisdom, truth, and inner perception. Books have the power to expand people’s perspectives, open their brains, and introduce them to new worlds. We want to promote book sharing and make Durga Puja more inclusive for all through this project. We are incredibly delighted and happy to be affiliated with this wonderful project,” said Mr. Shivam Agarwal, Head of Marketing & Strategy at Doctors’ Choice.
Copies of the Braille Durga Puja Book were given to the visually impaired children who took part. By bringing together inclusivity, knowledge, and the spirit of sharing, Doctors’ Choice hopes to give the holiday season greater meaning through Gyanchokkhu.
