Thakurpukur Ichheymoto also known as “Ichheymoto Theatre Group” is going to organize a night-long theatre festival, titled “Ichheymoto Parbon” on 31st Dec 2022.

It will be inaugurated by eminent theatre personalities like Bishnupriya Dutta (Prof. In Theatre), Bimal Chakraborty (Actor and Director), and Kamaleswar Mukhopadhyay (Actor and Director).

The entire event will be hosted by Roy Choudhury who is known as RJ Roy. He is also going to perform “Shabdabaji-bangla sabder khela” in between the intervals.

The first Drama that will be performed is by “Nandikar”. The name of the drama is “Antaran”, and is directed by Saptarshi Moulik, and the Chief Advisor is Sohini Sengupta.

The second Drama that will be performed is by “Prachyo theatre Group”. The name of the drama is “Gonika O Goyernika”, and is directed by Biplab Bandopadhyay. Actors Budhhadev Das, Suprana Das, and Amrita Mukhopadhyay will be seen in pivotal roles.

The third drama that will be performed is “Thakurpukur Ichheymoto”. The name of the drama is “Bhalobasa Podaboli”, and is written by Soumit Deb. Directed by Saurav Palodhi, actors Turna Das, and Joyraj Bhattacharya will be seen in this drama. The music has been directed by Debdeep Mukherjee.

The fourth drama that will be performed is by “Theatre Platform”. The name of the drama is “Life” and is directed by Debasish. Sudipta Chakraborty will perform in this drama.

The fifth drama that will be performed is “Thakurpukur Ichheymoto”. The name of the drama is “Maddy” and is directed by Saurav Palodhi. The music has been composed by Debdeep Mukherjee. Actors Rahul Arunodoy Banerjee, Budhhadev Das, and Shantanu Mondal will be seen in this drama.

The sixth and last performance will be performed is “Noye Natua”. The director of the drama is Gautam Halder and he will be acting in the drama as well.

The night-long theatre festival will be a great source of entertainment for drama lovers.
