To satiate your cravings for Italian food, JW Marriott Kolkata is hosting a 10-day long ‘Italian Food Festival’ from 26th July to 4th August at their all – day dining, JW Kitchen.

The Italian menu has been curated by Chef Valter Belli along with the in house culinary team. With over 30 years of hands on experience in specializing traditional Italian delicacies with a twist, chef Belli was motivated by gastronomic and wine making traditions from his home-town in Emilia-Romagna.

The dishes on offer are ‘Crispy pork belly’, ‘Mackerel fillet’, ‘Filet of sea bass’, ‘Angle hair creamy shrimp pasta’, ‘Beetroot risotto with sea bass filet’, ‘Chocolate Ravioli pasta with pumpkin and sage stuffing’ and more.

For the dessert lover, there will be authentic ‘Siphon tiramisu’, ‘Zuppainglese’, ‘Chocolate and pistachio semifreddo’ and ‘Almond Semifreddo’.

The meal for two is priced at Rs 2500 AI for lunch and Rs 3600 AI for dinner.
