Eden Realty Group announced the launch of Asia’s largest and world’s second largest affordable and integrated solar housing project, Solaris City Serampore. The group simultaneously also announced the launch of Solaris Joka.

The event saw the presence of eminent Tollywood actress Gargee Roy Chowdhury along with Mr Sachchidanand Rai, Chairman, Eden Realty Group and others.

Solaris City Serampore is located at Kanai Lal Goswami Sarani in Serampore and the flats are priced between Rs 4.95 lakhs to 20.20 lakhs. 1bkh, 2bhk, 3bhk flats and studio apartments are available for the customers. The flats are located about four minutes from the Rishra Railway Station, eight minutes from Serampore Railway Station, twenty five minutes from Howrah Station and less than 500 metres from GT Road.

The using of solar power will ensure that the customers live in a green environment and save carbon footprints.

Solaris Joka on the other hand will have 948 apartments and will be completed in two phases. Customers can choose from 1bhk, 2bhk and 3bhk apartments. Spread across 4.1 acres, the apartments are priced between Rs 8.75 lakhs to 23 lakhs.

The allotment of the apartments for both the projects will be completed through the lottery process.
