Zee Bangla Cinema Originals in the month of June will be airing the film Jamai Elo Ghorey for the audiences.

The film is about Dibyakanti who after getting his daughter married with great pomp decides to take a break from his professional life. He carefully plans out the vacation on how he is going to enjoy his freedom at the comfort of his home. His plan includes reading books, enjoying the morning sunshine, listening to music, eating homemade Bengali food and relaxing on his rocking chair wearing his favourite kurta and pajamas. But things turned haywire when out of nowhere his son in law Palash arrives with no intention of leaving soon. As days went by, Palash had not only taken over his clothes and favourite rocking chair but also his drawing room, his shoes, his verandah, his television, his DVD player with all his old collection and even home food is getting made as per his son in laws demand. Dibya Kanti’s peace and happiness disappears and his holiday is in the process of getting ruined. In desperation, he decided to take the matter head on and teach his son in law a lesson. What would Dibyakanti do?

Ridhima Ghosh, Samadarshi Dutta, Sabyasachi Chakrabarty, Tulika Basu, Abhijit Guha and Sudeshna Roy will be seen in pivotal roles in the film.

The director of the film is Abhijit Guha and Sudeshna Roy.

Jamai Elo Ghorey will be aired on 29th June at 7 pm on Zee Bangla Cinema.
