Concord 2019 was organized recently at Kalamandir, Kolkata. The Chief Guests at the program were reputed actors Ridhima Ghosh and Gaurav Chakrabarty.

Concord is the annual inter-school cultural festival of the Calcutta Boys’ School. A number of students from other reputed schools in Kolkata took part in the event and competed for the coveted position of being declared the champions in this event.

The event was held from 26th to 28th June at the school’s main campus at S.N. Banerjee Road and at the Sangeet Kala Mandir Trust Auditorium.

The theme of the program this year was to raise awareness against drug abuse and illicit trafficking. The inauguration of the event therefore was done on 26th June which is The International Day Against Drug Abuse and Illicit Trafficking.

Some of the participating schools at this event included DPS Megacity, Sri Sri Academy, Frank Anthony Public School, Adamas International School, MP Birla High School, Jewish Girls School, Loreto Sealdah, Calcutta Girls’ High School, Aditya Academy, DPS Ruby Park, DPS Newtown and others.
