Chef Bipasha Majumdar is in charge of the bakery, and her background working for some of the most renowned hospitality companies in the world has influenced the product. Chef brings expertise in artisanal baking, accuracy, and presentation, having worked with upscale establishments in the Turks and Caicos, Dubai’s St. Regis Garden, and Atlantis The Palm. Her modern method ensures warmth, comfort, and indulgence in every bite while fusing balanced flavors with international baking traditions to give each creation a unique personality.

On offer are the Milk Fudge Cake (Parsi Mawa Cake), the Filter Coffee Cake, the Chocolate Mousse Box, the Caramel Biscoff Cup, the Toasted Milk & Dulce Brownie, the Coffee Bean, the Black Velvet Tart with raspberry compote and cream cheese, and a smooth New York-style Blueberry Cheesecake topped with blueberry compote.
Garden Café, Newtown, will also offer freshly prepared Belgian waffles in Vanilla, Chocolate, and Red Velvet flavors, made to order for guests.
