Bollywood actress Parineeti Chopra took to the social media to announce her new film with Bengali director Ribhu Dasgupta. The new film will be an official remake of the film The Girl On The Train. The lead role enacted by actress Emily Blunt in the Hollywood film will be played by Parineeti Chopra in the Bollywood version.

Parineeti was last seen in a small role in Kesari opposite Akshay Kumar.

The name of the film has not yet been finalized. However the film will release next year.

Ribhu had earlier done a film Teen with Amitabh Bachchan.

The Hollywood film was much appreciated and won accolades. We will have to wait to see how the Bollywood film fares!!
