My Obey Cabs is a unique cab service for smart phone and non smart phone users. This was launched in Kolkata in the presence of Vikas Gupta, CEO, My Obey Cabs Private Limited, Kaushik Basu, Regional Head, My Obey Cabs Private Limited and others.

Obey began its journey in the year 2013 in Lucknow and Gurgaon.

The service in Kolkata will begin from 7^th May, 2019. Non-smart phone users can also avail this service via phone, sms and missed call alert system. This facility will be launched soon.

The company will be providing cashless medical insurance to the drivers. The cab service will also be expanding to the suburbs of Kolkata too where there are no cab service by other cab service providers. Already 8000 drivers have enrolled under this system.

Though the rates were not revealed, it was mentioned that the pricing will be at par with the government rules and will not burn a hole in the pocket of the customers.
