Mirror Mirror Inaugurated at Kolkata Centre for Creativity
Kolkata Centre for Creativity (KCC) opened their space for the audience to experience the work in progress presentations of ‘Mirror Mirror’, an interdisciplinary ‘creation in response’ art laboratory by five performing and performance artists and three visual artists of Bose Krishnamachari’s solo exhibition titled ‘The Mirror Sees Best In The Dark’.
These performances were held in the presence of Richa Agarwal, Chairperson, Kolkata Centre for Creativity along with internationally acclaimed artist-curator Bose Krishnamachari, Saumya Baijal, bilingual writer, poet and gender activist and Swarup Dutta, renowned scenographer.
The laboratory was conceptualized by Ms. Reena Dewan, Director, Kolkata Centre for creativity and designed by Ms. Titas Dutta, programmer, Performing Arts, of the Centre.
The evening ended with an interactive session between the renowned artist Bose Krishnamachari, Saumya Baijal and Swarup Dutta which captivated the audience.
