At Vertex, the liquid restaurant, patrons can savor Vegetarian and Non-vegetarian dishes such as Soya Keema Tacos with Chili Mayonnaise, Mewaaur Mawa ke Kakori with Honey Yogurt, Prawn Tacos with Peach Salsa, and Gandharaj Chicken Satay.

On December 25th at Kava and Mangrove, enjoy a Christmas extravaganza Lunch and dinner featuring dishes such as Seafood Bouillabaisse, Tomato Caprese with Avocado, Roasted Root Vegetable Salad, Lollorosso, Iceberg, Rocket, Radicchio, Romaine, Herb-Crusted Baked Fish, Chicken Stroganoff, Chocolate Yule Log, Dark Chocolate Torte, Christmas Pudding (hot), and Christ Stollen along with live counters.
