Punjab National Bank organized the Retail Outreach Program 2025 at the BSNL office premises under the Old Ballygunge branch.

Executive Director Mr. D. Surendran from Head Office, Chief General Manager Mr. Binay Kumar Gupta from Zonal Office, Kolkata, General Manager Mrs. Ekta Pasricha from Zonal Office, Kolkata, Deputy Circle Head Mr. Jitendra Kumar, Assistant General Manager Mrs. Preeti Manjuri Routray, and other officials from Circle Office graced the event.

Mr. Jitendra Kumar, Deputy Circle Head, gave a welcoming speech and described the characteristics of both digital and retail products.

According to the Executive Director, Punjab National Bank is interacting with the public through this event, learning about their needs, and making necessary improvements to its goods and services.

Additionally, the Zonal Manager solicited client feedback and stressed the importance of delivering exceptional customer service.

The Executive Director gave out permission letters for housing and auto loans totaling more than Rs 20 crore during the ceremony.

The program ended with a vote of thanks by Assistant General Manager Mrs. Priti Manjari Routray.
