The 9th edition of the CREDAI Kolkata Realty Awards 2025, a distinguished platform devoted to honoring excellence, innovation, and leadership in the real estate sector across Kolkata, North 24 Parganas, and South 24 Parganas, was held by CREDAI Kolkata, the premier organization representing the city’s real estate developers. The awards carry on their tradition of honoring initiatives and experts who have made substantial contributions to the changing real estate market in the region.

The event was graced by eminent dignitaries like renowned stand-up comedian, writer, and YouTuber Biswa Kalyan Rath, Mr. Apurva Salarpuria, President, CREDAI Kolkata, Mr. Ashok Saraf, Mr Pramod Ranjan Dwivedi, both Vice Presidents of CREDAI Kolkata, and Kolkata’s top real estate developers.

The CREDAI Kolkata Realty Awards 2025 highlighted best practices in design, construction quality, sustainability, innovation, and customer-centric development by recognizing outstanding real estate developments in 18 categories. An impartial and esteemed group of jurors made up of professionals from many fields decided the prizes, which had more than 70 nominations. This ensured an open and reliable evaluation process.

The CREDAI Kolkata Realty Awards have grown to be one of the most prestigious and sought-after honors in the local real estate market over time. Once again, the 9th edition provided a forum for industry participants to gather, share perspectives, and commemorate the development and tenacity of Kolkata’s real estate ecosystem.
