Raima Sen talked about her experience working with the directors and said, “I truly loved it when they finally thought of me after 25 years. I had heard so much about them and thought they would be a very strict directing team, so at first, I had no idea what to anticipate. However, I saw someone entirely different when I met Nandita Roy; she was like a mother to me. She was incredibly kind, quiet, courteous, gentle, and loving. She took great care of me the entire time. Additionally, Shiboprosad Mukherjee is a very laid-back director. Working with both of them was a true pleasure. The entire cast got along well, and before I knew it, the shoot was over. Even though I shot a lot, I never felt worn out. I would love to collaborate with them once more because it was such a wonderful experience”.
