The restaurant cum bar, The Nightjar was inaugurated at Aurobindo Mall, Salkia Howrah. This is a first of its kind food joint in the locality of Howrah.

The owner of the restaurant is Himangshu Shekhar Chowdhury.

The restaurant cum bar has 42 seats. The property is on lease to the owners. With camera surveillance, security, it has been ensured that no unwanted incident happens at the bar cum restaurant.

The menu consists of Chinese delicacies and finger snacks.

The timing is from 10.30 am to 10.30 pm. The payment is entirely cashless. One will have to make a card and then refill it with money. When the money will be exhausted, they can refill the card again and enjoy the services of the restaurant.

The owner also revealed that he will soon be opening outlets in other parts of Kolkata.
