Director Ron Raj is set to explore the poignant complexities of unexpressed love and modern emotional disconnect in his upcoming Bengali feature film, Se To Aajo Bojhena. Backed by the tagline Keno Se Bojhena, the film is slated for a theatrical release on October 2, 2026, under the banner of Pandey Motion Pictures.

At the center of the narrative is Mainak, an ordinary young man whose life revolves around his two closest confidants, Meghla and Zahir. Beneath the safe facade of friendship, Mainak harbors deep, unspoken romantic feelings for Meghla. Paralyzed by hesitation, he fails to articulate his emotions in time, leading to a drift in relationships as time marches forward. While Mainak channels his personal heartbreak into professional ambition, ultimately climbing to the pinnacle of success, his inner world remains shadowed by an incomplete chapter and unsaid words. When fate unexpectedly reunites them years later, the film poses a piercing question: Can wealth, status, and professional triumph ever buy back lost time, or do certain people linger eternally in our memories, habits, and unresolved affections?

The recently unveiled first look poster sets a melancholic, reflective tone, featuring a red rose—alternately hidden behind a back or cradled between two hands—symbolizing an affection that survived silently for years without reaching its rightful destination. The characters’ expressions on the poster capture a heavy mix of love, hurt, anticipation, and repressed emotional anguish.

Rather than a conventional romance, Se To Aajo Bojhena delves into the collateral damage of prioritizing commitments over raw emotional honesty. It speaks directly to individuals who have lost their emotional footing while balancing life’s endless responsibilities, those who loved deeply in silence, or anyone holding onto the memory of someone who slipped away. As anticipation builds for its October 2 premiere, the film reminds audiences of a universal truth: some bonds never truly fade; they simply transform into an eternal, lingering question.
