PepsiCo India’s New Flavour Sting® Classic Kick

With the introduction of Sting® Classic Kick, a daring new flavor created for today’s generation that thrives on individuality, high energy, and is constantly searching for options, PepsiCo India’s iconic energy drink brand, Sting® Energy, is upping the ante. The new flavor, which expands the Sting portfolio, maintains the brand’s distinctively playful and cheeky personality while introducing a bold identity based on intense energy.
The high-octane “Sting Classic Kick” campaign film, which features actor Lakshya in an elegant restaurant setting, coincides with the launch. With wit, confidence, and unmistakable Sting® energy, he effortlessly manages a tense situation, perfectly capturing the bold and commanding personality of the flavor.
The movie begins in a restaurant where an innocent waiter is being roughed up by two intimidating men. Lakshya, who is seated close by, casually steps in and tells them to relax. The men mock him and tell him to pay attention to the peanuts on his table. Lakshya takes a swig of Sting® Classic Kick and slams the bottle onto the table, unfazed and composed. In a dramatic slow-motion scene, peanuts fly into the air and are flicked toward the men like carrom strikers, sending them hurtling backward in a fashionably exaggerated show of strength. The actor’s effortless smile and audacious farewell mark the film’s conclusion.

The campaign seeks to connect with consumers looking for a flavor that feels strong and unique through stylized action, high-energy storytelling, and cinematic visuals.
Through a 360-degree rollout on television, digital, social media, influencer partnerships, and outdoor platforms, the new Sting® Classic Kick campaign will be amplified.
Sting® Classic Kick will be sold in 180ml cans for MRP ₹30 and 300ml PET bottles for MRP ₹20 in India’s traditional and modern retail stores, as well as top online retailers.
